Corning had a powerful materials platform, but its legacy interface was awkward and hard to learn and the work was fragmented across disconnected stages — a barrier to adoption beyond expert users. I led discovery and product definition, changing the product model into one familiar input–compute–output workflow, informed by the spreadsheets users already relied on.
